Roja Kolachina is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of program management and IT implementation experience in the Federal government in support of different Federal agencies. She is currently serving as a mentor and advisor to Deosi, where she provides invaluable guidance on federal acquisition, program management, contract management, business development, and proposal management. She is currently with a federally funded non-profit in charge of disseminating funds for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and manages IT modernization and product implementations for various mission-critical FCC programs.
